If you love fresh, citrus scents then you’ll love our Meyer Lemon and Herbs Honey Soap. This bright, tangy, and fresh scent will cheer you up every time you smell it. This is not a sickly sweet candy lemon, but more like a grown up lemonade. We think that this makes a great summer bar as well as the ultimate soap for your kitchen.
This soap was actually inspired by our favorite Herbal Lemonade recipe by Chef Sal DiPlama on PBS.org. We make it all the time at the studio. It’s sweet, refreshing, and feels very grown up. Check out the recipe here.
Not only is the parsley beautiful on the soap, but it also adds a nice light to medium exfoliation that you can use all over your body.
The freshly unmolded soap loaf will sit on our drying rack for a day before we hand slice each bar. Loving the layers of textures and colors!
Here are the bars freshly sliced and sitting on the drying rack. The thin piece on the front is always cut up for samples!
It’s like an herbal lemonade in a bar!
The wispy swirls effect happens when the honey soap layer on the bottom and the parsley soap layer on top start to mingle.
After a couple of days on our drying rack, each bar is shrink wrapped to retain it’s freshness. Hopefully all this soap porn has gotten you interested in trying out our Meyer Lemon and Herbs Honey Soap! If you are, check them out on our Etsy shop :D
